Who We Are

Fallcrest Portable Toilets operates out of 126 E Willow St in Harrisburg, SD. We rent standard portable toilets, handicap accessible units, luxury restroom trailers, and portable hand washing stations, and we take care of delivery, placement, servicing, and pickup with our own trucks and crew rather than handing any of that off to a third party.

Most of our work falls into two camps. On one side are the one-off rentals: a graduation open house, an outdoor wedding on family land, a bathroom remodel that puts the only toilet in the house out of commission for a week. On the other side are the long-running orders: a framing crew that needs a unit on site every workday for months, a road or utility project that moves down the line, a seasonal ballfield or campground that needs coverage from spring through fall. Both matter to us, and both get the same clean unit off the same truck.

Because we are a local portable toilet supplier rather than a branch of a national chain, the person who answers the phone is the person who knows where the trucks are today. That is usually why customers call us back: they are not routed through a call center, and they are not left guessing whether a promised delivery is actually on a route.

How We Work

We ask about your headcount, your dates, and your site before quoting, because the right answer for a two-day festival is not the right answer for a six-month build. A festival needs a cluster of units placed for easy access and a quick pickup once the crowd clears out. A construction site needs units spaced along the work area, a service route the crew can count on, and often a hand washing station near the break area.

Once units are placed, we keep them on a service schedule that matches how hard they are being used, and we adjust it whenever your needs change, whether that means adding a unit mid-project or stepping up service frequency during a stretch of hot weather. We also walk through placement with you before delivery, since a spot that looks fine on paper does not always have room for our truck or a level surface once we get there.

Distance shapes the details more than it shapes the service.
